Composed of the last three past presidents and two members voted member- at-large. Each at-large member has a staggered two-year term. Chaired by the Past-Past-President. Should one of these individuals be unable to perform the assigned duties, the President will appoint additional committee members so that there shall always be at lease three members.

Basic Function:
The Committee shall prepare a slate of officers for the Society, making one nomination for each elective office, except that of the President and First Vice President.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Send Call for Suggested Nominations.
- Review suggestions, discuss needs, select potential candidates.
- Review vision statements of potential candidates, select slate for ballot.
